There is no way you would spend four years in college and not hear of a frat party. Not only will you hear about frat parties, but you’ll also find yourself attending a few before college graduation.

Yea yea! You’re a geek, and you most likely wouldn’t get invited or wouldn’t be allowed to enter the party, but that’s why you’re a geek.

Geek your way into the party. Solve some tough chemistry questions, and you will be allowed entry.

So now that we have crossed that hurdle, what should you wear to a frat party?

1. Crop top, mini skirt

This is one of the standard outfits you see on most girls at a frat party. It’s trendy yet straightforward, and it’s a one-look-fits-all kind of dress. You can add to this outfit to give it that extra touch. You could wear fishnet leggings underneath your skirt. You could wear sneakers or thigh-high boots, and you can have your hair in a ponytail or two. Whichever you choose works well for the event.

2. Crop top and high waist jeans

Perhaps you aren’t very comfortable showing too much skin; here’s one option to help you walk the path. This outfit is an even more playful outfit as it covers more and allows you to enjoy the party without worrying about your skirt moving up with every step you take. Another advantage of a crop top is its versatility. It fits anything, from skinny jeans to oversized jeans or ripped jeans. Paired with the right top and it’s already a winner.

3. Silky top on jeans

Anything in silk screams money! Silk is an expensive fabric, won by only an elite few because not everyone has the body to carry silk. So if you can pull this off, you will surely turn heads at the party. A silky top on jeans is a chic look when worn correctly. If the top is a few inches longer from your waistline,  consider tucking it into your jeans or just folding it. A silky strapless top would be a perfect match for skinny jeans with little rips here and there.

4. Bikini top on mini skirt or jeans

For the absolute bravest of them all! Just show up in this; not only will you gain entry into the party, but you will also get everyone’s attention. Now depending on your confidence level and how much skin you are willing to show off, you could wear the bikini top with regular jeans that show off your entire torso or high waist jeans that show off less. If you are going for the usual jeans, we recommend one size too big to give that Rihanna’s “pon de replay” vibe.

5. Silky mini dress

Since we are rich and showing it off, why don’t we show up in a silky dress instead? A strapless silk mini dress with a plunging neck is just adorable. Shows off your beautiful skin and makes it look smoother. The dress highlights your contours and curves, letting you loose to enjoy a fantastic evening party. You can let your hair down, showing your beautiful waves or silk press. You could choose a color that compliments your skin, from turquoise to brown. Anything you select will be gorgeous. It’s silk already. No extra effort is needed.

6. Polo shirt on shorts

Guys! Isn’t this just the simplest multi-purpose outfit? It is an outfit that can be worn for several events ( except your wedding, of course). But we love its versatility, and we are so grateful. The combination works perfectly for a simple I-don’t-care look. It’s an outfit you could get into in less than two minutes. It’s quick, it’s easy, it’s effortless, it’s playful, and always in style. Color suggestions; a navy blue polo shirt tucked in tan or sky blue shorts finished off with nice belts and sneakers.

7. Plain shirt on jeans

This is another outfit that is always trending. There is no time or day, no season or weather that isn’t plain-shirt-on-jeans friendly. This is one outfit you can add to, switch up styles and add your touch. You could tuck in the shirt or let it hang loose. Wear skinny or ripped jeans to give you a classic bad boy look. You could choose sneakers or boots, a cowboy hat or a beanie, a jean jacket or a baseball jacket; anyone.

8. Beach top on plain trousers

This is an excellent option for a fabulous day in Honolulu, Hawaii. This outfit is just delightful. All the beautiful colors on it, with prints of palm fronts, flowers, or pineapple, are arranged in a delightful way to make wearers and onlookers happy. The outfit brightens up whoever wears it, giving them one of the best demeanors they’ll ever enjoy. Frats parties are known for the plenty of laughter and fun it brings, and what other way to show off the fun than wearing a beach top to the party.

9. Plain shirt on ripped jeans and baseball jacket

This outfit is meant for frat captains. But if you pull this off, you could be on your way to becoming a captain yourself. The outfit is chill, and we don’t have much to say about it except our color suggestions. The jeans should be either black or dark blue. The shirt inside should be a plain white tee shirt; then, the baseball jacket could be any color from black, blue (deep or light blue), red, brown, or a tailored jacket of your favorite baseball team or your name and initials.

10. Footwear

Like any other indoor party, frat parties are typically held in enclosed halls with little room to express yourself. This setting means there are higher chances that you would get stepped on. So, adequate foot protection requires covered shoes. For ladies, boots can replace conventional sneakers for a chick look. If either option doesn’t work, you might consider limiting your movements around the house to avoid being stepped on and injured.

Conclusion.

As we said earlier, attending frat parties should be on your to-do list as you approach college. Although they might be wild, they are one of the most fun moments prospective college students often look forward to. So while you are in college, trying to carve out a future for yourself; please create time to unwind and ease the tension, let off some steam, and have fun, but while doing that, make sure you look your absolute best by picking from one of our outfit ideas. Since you have four years in college, that’s plenty of time to try on more than one or all of our outfit ideas. Chao!
