Sora is a filler character from the anime “Naruto Shippuden” who does not appear in the manga. He is a monk from the Fire Temple with a connection to the Nine-Tails’ chakra.
In the anime, Sora is introduced during the Twelve Guardian Ninja arc. He is a pseudo-jinchuriki, meaning he has a part of the Nine-Tails’ chakra sealed inside him, but he is not its actual host. This was done by Asuma’s father, the Third Hokage, in an attempt to protect the village. Sora struggled with the influence of this chakra, which caused him to lose control and transform into a version of the Nine-Tails, albeit incomplete.
Throughout the arc, Sora comes to terms with his identity and the power within him. He initially distrusts the people of Konoha but eventually forms a bond with Naruto Uzumaki, who empathizes with his situation as a fellow jinchuriki. Naruto helps Sora realize that he can control his own destiny and use his powers for good.
After the arc’s main antagonist, Furido, attempts to use Sora’s power to destroy Konoha, Sora manages to regain control with the help of Naruto and his other newfound friends. In the end, realizing the potential danger he poses to the village, Sora decides to leave the Fire Temple to travel and learn to control his power better, similar to how Naruto once left the village to train with Jiraiya.
Sora’s departure marks the end of his story in the anime. Since he is not part of the original manga, his character does not reappear in the series, and his fate after leaving the Fire Temple is not explored further.
