While driving at 70 mph on an Atlanta highway, a mattress unexpectedly flew into her car’s windshield, resulting in a severe accident. This harrowing experience necessitated hospitalization and prompted Cole to take a step back from her business endeavors to focus on her recovery and reassess her priorities.
Reacquisition and Revitalization of Slutty Vegan
Demonstrating resilience and determination, Cole successfully reacquired Slutty Vegan on March 28, 2025, through her newly formed entity, “Ain’t Nobody Coming to See You, Otis LLC.” With renewed vision, she initiated plans for “Slutty Vegan 2.0,” aiming to revamp the brand with new strategies and intentions. This revitalization includes global expansion efforts, with potential ventures in Dubai and Africa, and exploring opportunities for franchising to broaden the brand’s reach.
Expansion into the Hospitality Industry
Beyond revitalizing Slutty Vegan, Cole is expanding her entrepreneurial footprint in the hospitality sector. Together with her husband, Derrick Hayes, owner of Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks, she is establishing the Hayes Hospitality Group. This joint venture aspires to build a comprehensive food empire, leveraging their combined expertise to create innovative dining experiences and further solidify their influence in the culinary world.
