Following her stint at LA Market, Sivley decided to move back to the South, closer to her roots. She settled in Georgia and continued to build her culinary career. She became the executive chef at a local restaurant, but eventually chose to start her own business. Sivley launched Fleur de Lolly, a catering company named after her grandmother, Lolly. Through her business, she offers catering services for various events and also shares her culinary expertise through cooking classes and demonstrations.
