Guillermo is killed by Alejandro in the film “Sicario.”
In the 2015 film “Sicario,” Guillermo is a minor character who is part of the Mexican drug cartel. The movie, directed by Denis Villeneuve, follows an idealistic FBI agent, Kate Macer, who is enlisted by a government task force to aid in the escalating war against drugs at the border area between the U.S. and Mexico. The task force is led by the enigmatic consultant Alejandro, played by Benicio del Toro, who has a personal vendetta against the cartel for the murder of his family.
